GTA: Vice City - Collision File Editor (Download - 94KB EXE)

A command-line program to edit the COL files in GTA3 or GTA: Vice City. It doesn't edit the models themselves, but allows you to import, export, list, and remove cars from your vehicles.col file (VC-Directory\models\coll\). Open up an MS-DOS prompt and run the EXE without any parameters for instructions.

GTA: Vice City - GXTReader class for Delphi (Download - 6KB ZIP)

A class written in Delphi 7 to load and read language files from Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. Should work in Delphi 6, but no guarantees. Note that this is a piece of a program, not a fully-functional application. It also includes a third-party class for hash tables, which is required.

XenSoft GTA3 Mission Decompiler (Site)

A decompiler and viewer to help the effort to crack the mission file in Grand Theft Auto 3, and pave the way for custom mods. (Requires Microsoft .NET Framework)

XenSoft Hotkey Toggler (Download)

A tiny utility made for Paltalk, which effectively holds down the microphone key for you while you play music. Requires VB6 Runtimes ( Download from Microsoft), which may or may not already be installed on your computer.
Status: Released

XenSoft FlashNetwork (Site)

A player for Macromedia Flash movies, adding the capability of TCP/IP peer-to-peer (p2p) connections.
Status: BETA Release Available, Development Paused
